On October 27, 2021, Judge Jarz granted our emergency motion asking to stay his ruling until after the Joliet hearings on the new bridge route and annexation agreement.
Judge Jarz had previously dismissed our case and a ruling on our “Motion to Reconsider” is still in front of him. Today’s decision delays the ruling on our motion to reconsider until our next court date on January 6, 2022.
